New Year 2020

Hello all, I welcome you all to a new year. Today is the 1st of March and it is interesting how fast this year is running.

Indeed time waits for no man. We shall be focusing on many things this year and two major topics are

  1. Global Warming and Climate Change.
  2. Locust Invasion and its impact on Food Security.
  3. Off farm activities – what farmers engage in during the off season period.
  4. Belvyna Fabrics – under this topic, we shall focus on Off farm activities that involve handmade Adire and Batik materials. I personally design and produce Adire and Batik fabrics myself. Our label is BELVYNA ADIRE & BELVYNA BATIK. You will be amazed at the designs we have been able to produce over the years. The economy is now really looking inwards and hopefully, local textile design should jump start the rural economy.

I wish you all a rewarding New Year 2020. we hope to achieve all our dreams and aspirations as we journey through this year.
