The weather has been very hot lately. The heat is so much that people have been warned by the Government at all levels to ensure they drink plenty of water and they should continuously rehydrate themselves. The directive is “drink plenty of water”.

The heat is worse at night. It seems as if the walls of the house are releasing the heat they accumulated and stored in the afternoon.

I remember telling a friend that if you put a frying pan in the Sun and break an egg in it, the egg would fry. The rains had come but the intensity varies from one region to another. It is more in the coastal areas.

Remember to drink plenty of water so you won’t suffer from dehydration..
